Refund and Return Policy

At arrowroot.com, we are committed to providing quality agricultural and related products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible products under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return:
• Unused, unopened items in original packaging
• Items received in damaged or defective condition
• Wrong items delivered

Not Eligible for Return:
• Opened or used agricultural inputs (e.g. seeds, fertilizers, pesticides)
• Perishable goods (e.g. live plants, fresh produce)
• Products without proof of purchase
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Custom or special-order items

2. Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 7–15 days of delivery (adjust based on your policy).
Products must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number, product name, and reason for return. We will assess your request and, if approved, provide return instructions and a shipping address.

4. Return Shipping
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs. For other reasons (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, you must follow the return process.

8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos/videos of the issue via email.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the case.
