Cancellation Policy

At agrowroot.com, we strive to process and deliver your agricultural and related products as efficiently as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please review the following guidelines.
1. Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within [12–24 hours] of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first.

2. Non-Cancellable Items
Due to the nature of some products, the following items cannot be cancelled once ordered:
Perishable or time-sensitive items (e.g. live plants, fresh produce)
Custom, made-to-order, or bulk items
Products that have already been shipped or are in transit
Items prepared or packed specifically for you (e.g. pre-treated seeds)
3. Cancellations After Dispatch
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still be eligible for a return or refund under our [Return & Refund Policy] after you receive the product.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations made before shipping will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. If a partial cancellation is made (e.g. only some items in an order), shipping charges may still apply.
5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
Product unavailability
Incomplete or unverifiable payment
Shipping restrictions to your region (e.g. for regulated agricultural items)
Suspected fraudulent activity
If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund.
